Frequently asked questions
What is the Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop Organic Hybrid Mattress made with?
The mattress combines certified organic cotton and wool, Dunlop latex, a PLA-based comfort layer, and an encased coil support core. Natural fibers and the PLA layer contribute to a breathable surface designed to help regulate temperature and wick moisture.
How does the pillowtop change the feel of the Naturepedic mattress?
The pillowtop adds a layer above the comfort layers, creating a distinct cushioned surface. Dunlop latex layers let you tailor the firmness and surface feel.
Can I adjust the layers if my comfort preferences change?
Yes. Zippered compartments provide access to the layers, which can be adjusted to change the mattress’s firmness and surface feel.
What kind of support does the encased coil core provide?
The 8-inch support core uses encased coils designed to provide balanced support and promote postural alignment. The coils are described as edge-strong.

The EOS Pillowtop is designed to pair with organic foundations as part of a sleep system.
